QUANTITY SURVEYOR

This position at Havelock City requires an individual with a passion to succeed and a strong commitment to integrity, along with the following attributes:

• A B.Sc. degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 05 years postgraduate pre- and post-contract experience, preferably on a high-rise
• Hands-on experience in MS Project
• Knowledge on FIDIC and ICTAD Standard Bidding Documents
• Experience and the ability to handle variation and negotiation of Claims
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhalese (speaking and writing) is a must
• Age preferably between 30 and 40 years
